As history moves along, God expects our culture to move upward and forward. At each new phase of our history, He has recruited new people to accomplish His work. In other words, He calls a fresh team. Now God is changing teams again and His new team will include some surprising people. To illustrate this, Jesus tells the following story in Luke chapter 14, beginning in verse 16. “A man once gave a great banquet and invited many; and at the time of his banquet, he sent his servant to say to those who had been invited, ‘Come, for all is now ready.’ But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said to him, ‘I have bought a field and I must go out and see it; I pray you, have me excused.’ And another said, ‘I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to examine them; I pray you, have me excused.’ And another said, ‘I have married a wife and therefore I cannot come.’ So the servant came and reported this to his master. Then the householder in anger said to his servant, ‘Go out quickly to the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in the poor and maimed and blind and lame.’ And the servant said, ‘Sir, what you have commanded me has been done and there is still room.’ And the master said to the servant, ‘Go out to the highways and hedges, and compel people to come in, that my house may be filled. for I tell you, none of those men who were invited shall taste of my banquet.'”

Jesus is speaking in symbolic language here, so let’s figure this out. The Man Who arranges this banquet is Jesus Christ, Himself. His story is a double prophecy. It has already happened once and it will soon happen again. During His ministry, Jesus fed the “poor.” He healed “the maimed and blind and lame” and they believed in Him. How about the “highways and hedges”? He sent the apostles all the way to Europe to find our pagan ancestors and invite them. The priests and hard-nosed of the corrupted religion of His day are those who were invited and refused. In other words, He called the humble who would listen. That’s the first time His prophecy was fulfilled.

Now for the second time. Today, religion has become corrupted and outdated again. These are the people who would have been invited to His feast but they have become distracted by worldly cares, such as blessing the establishment’s crooked financial system and endless wars. So Christ is recruiting a new team, from outside the church, to create a new Christian civilization. Why?

The Age of the Church is over. It served its purpose. Now it’s done. Back when people could not read the Bible for themselves, they relied on the church for their Bible education. The church was also a social institution where people met to exchange news. But now it’s over. The church no longer fits the needs of many, modern people and it is for those people that this message and all my messages are intended.

But there is an even more important reason. ALL of society has been corrupted, from top to bottom, in church and out and Christianity has died. It is those willing to recognize that they have failed Christ who will be prepared to change for the better. The church is unlikely to do that, because they think they are already doing it. So Christ’s coming Kingdom will largely be populated by new, un-churched Christians.

Step by step, our history has advanced in precisely three progressive stages. First was the Law of Moses, which was a very heavily ritualized system. That was the system in place when Christ arrived to change it. Then THE AGE OF THE LAW DIED, with Christ on the cross, beginning the second phase, which was the lighter ritual of the Age of the Church. When the Age of the Law died, some of our people in old Judea converted to Christianity and lived. Those who clung to the old ways were killed by the Romans in 70 AD. Now CHRISTIANITY HAS DIED, bringing the Age of the Church to a close. Christianity died because most of us left the church and many of those who did not have clung to corrupted ways, once again, and will not survive the upheavals to come unless they change–because they will not know how to live in the new way God expects us to. Now we are meant to live with less ritual yet and what little ritual remains we can do at home, in the car, or at the beach. The Kingdom of Christ on Earth will be an entirely Christian society, with no need for the church’s leadership. As I write, the Age of the Church is over and the Kingdom of Christ on Earth has not yet begun. But it is time to get ready.

Who will get ready? Certainly not the church. Like the practitioners of the Law who died before them, they’ve got the future all mapped out and they’ve mapped it out all wrong. God is now recruiting people from outside the church to begin His new, Christian society called The Kingdom of Christ on Earth. Let me repeat that. The majority of the citizens of Jesus Christ’s new civilization to come will be recruited from outside the church. They will be those who got sick of the church and left–and many more who never went at all. This includes all sorts of people, from every walk of life.

Conservatives think they have the God-corner all wrapped up. Here is the problem with that. For the most part, they don’t actually live much differently than anyone else. But more fundamentally, CHRISTIANITY HAS DIED on their watch and there is nothing left to conserve. That is why I have hope for the conversion of many people on the Left. Today, they may be as godless as the Azande but their lack of immersion in old ways gives them a chance to start with a clean slate. That’s not all. God wants people who want a better society.

I, personally, am a populist. I don’t identify with either the establishment’s Left or Right. But I want to warn my fellow populists that not being “woke” is not enough to get into God’s favor. We each need to establish a personal connection with Christ and we should always be ready to welcome new friends.

The status of women has changed, because God wanted it to change. The people Jesus Christ first appeared to when He rose from the dead were not His male disciples. They were all women (Matthew 28.1, Mark 16.1, Luke 23.55). These women acted out a symbolic “skit” with Jesus for life today, because I expect women to be the first to see the sense in the new, fairer society God has planned. We’re not going back to the 1950’s. The plan of God moves ever forward, never back and God wants women to take fuller, more equal roles in His new society. In return, He’s going to give them more money and more freedom from the endless work that has often saddled women throughout history.

Alternate lifestyle people are prime candidates for Christ’s Kingdom, because they are experts at sorting out what they need and what they do not.

I repeat, all have sinned and spiritually died. My point is, God wants new people now and Christ will forgive the sins of all of us willing to faithfully serve Him, on our own, without the guidance of the church. The new people will follow Christ, quietly, at home. Thus, when the World Order believes that Christianity has died, it will silently, invisibly rise from death, in God’s new people, across the West.

God is sending hard times on us now, for a little while, so we will learn to depend entirely on Him. This opens to us new opportunities. In the New Christian Society to come, every grownup will be a priest or priestess in his or her own home. Only those willing to take religious responsibility for themselves and their own children will be rewarded with the freedom God intends to give us soon. Jesus Christ is now quietly recruiting a new team and He will reward that team, first with prosperity on earth and ultimately with eternal life.
