How I got here. I believe God gave me the job of writing my books because I have no real leadership qualities at all! I am not a better person than you. Most of my life has been spent as a tradesman and my words are largely intended for fellow working people. Nonetheless, I’m working for whoever is willing to listen. I work independently of every religious organization. I have no desire to start a new church, or cult, with myself as “pastor.” I believe Jesus Christ is the only Leader we really need and He wants people willing to think for themselves.
My books were written to show others how to delve quickly and deeply into the Bible’s cheerful meaning for today–and then get help from God on their own. I have striven to demonstrate, through the Bible’s pattern of symbols, that although we live in a mixed-up period, there is great light at the end of the tunnel, right here on earth. I have worked to deliver the Bible’s essential, modern message in as few words as possible and I have no plans to write more books on religion at this time. I believe that if God can teach me, He can teach you, once you’ve learned the fascinating outline of His plan. So I’m interested in friendship, not power over your wallet or your mind. My books are culturally groundbreaking. They open up an entirely new worldview for our civilization’s future, by using the same Book that guided our ancestors, in a more revealing way. I expect many of my readers will soon outgrow me in understanding, in keeping with the talents God has already given to each. And the symbols tell us that many of the leading groundbreakers will be women.
Above all, I’m out to generate hope. By now, you have probably heard a number of grim predictions for the future. There’s more to it than that, because in the end we’re going to be a lot better off. As you read my books, you’ll see how the church has the whole focus and timeline of the prophecies all balled up. Confused people like that will be no help during the troubled phase we’re about to go through. And we will get through it. I show how to duck a pile of hassle, stay cheered up and stay alive to prosper.
I do suggest that you read my two books in order. They make sense quicker that way, because Home Christianity (Book 2) leans heavily on the symbolism previously explained in The Death and Resurrection of the West (Book 1).
Thank you for your companionship in the exploration of secrets in biblical symbols!–a subject which has absorbed me for so many years, alone.
